Scientific Advisor, Radiation Oncology & Translational Medicine

With clinical medical training at both undergraduate and master’s levels, and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, he brings deep expertise in basic and translational research for cancer radiotherapy.

His key research focus includes tumor radiosensitization, modulation of the tumor immune microenvironment, nanomedicine-radiotherapy combination strategies, DNA damage repair, and mechanisms of multimodal cancer therapy.

He has co-authored over 10 SCI-indexed papers spanning cancer treatment, radiosensitization, nanomedicine, tumor immunoregulation, and combination therapies.

His unique background in both clinical medicine and interdisciplinary research allows him to break down complex cancer treatment information for patients, with clarity on clinical logic, mechanistic evidence, and real-world translational applications.

In cross-border care, he does not replace physicians in diagnosis or treatment planning. Instead, as a specialized scientific advisor, he helps patients and families organize medical records, understand clinical recommendations, interpret the rationale of radiotherapy and comprehensive treatment, and prepare fully for consultations with both domestic and international experts.

“For cancer patients, what truly matters is not merely knowing the name of a certain drug or technology. More importantly, they need to understand whether it suits their disease stage, whether it is backed by sufficient clinical evidence, what potential benefits and risks it may bring, and what key questions to confirm with professional specialists next.”
